Built on an old Roman villa, the Château de Fontarèches was once the property of the Duchy of Uzès. Completely secret behind its walls, it is by crossing the gate that we discover the Castle.
A long boxwood alley guides the visitor to the majestic medieval wooden door which opens onto the inner courtyard of the castle. Decorated with an old well entirely covered with ivy, it offers a joyful perspective on the facades of the building.
